Further down the page you can find many pictures! Since 2009 you can rent a detached, fully equipped holiday home on the island of Hvar (Zavala, island of Hvar). The holiday home is located very close (app. 70 m) to a beautiful, clean pebble beach on the south side of the island in the popular beach resort Zavala. Two bedrooms have been fitted with double beds and two rooms have twin beds. The bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area and the terrace are all equipped to accommodate 8 people. The generous open plan living area in the ground floor also has a large newly fitted kitchen with a beautiful dining area. For BBQ evenings there is a traditional grill house just outside the house. The three bathrooms (one with a bath tub, two with power showers) complete the house and all requirements on a perfect holiday home with friends or family. Outside the holiday homeIn the surrounding gardens of the villa you can find numerous sunny and shady terraces to use for relaxation, eating or reading. Underneath the main terrace is the BBQ house which is ideal for parties with the family or friends. There is also a carport with spaces for 2-3 cars to keep your cars nice and cool even at the height of summer.
Large south terraceUp to 10 people can comfortably sit on the large south facing terrace with a spectacular sea view. A large fitted sun awning keeps this area shaded during the day. The generous terrace leading off the living room is also accessible from the outside through a staircase leading to the lower terrace and the BBQ house. The smaller shaded terrace invites to be used for reading or relaxing during hot afternoons. The kitchen has its own little balcony and another balcony with beautiful views can be accessed off the staircase.
Generous Living- and dining roomThe open plan living and dining area and the kitchen are accessed from a solid oak staircase which also connects the other rooms. The beautiful view can also be enjoyed from the connecting terrace. Satellite TV and Internet connection have been installed in the living room and all bedrooms. The easily maintained flooring adds to the Mediterranean feel of the house. The outside staircase leads directly into the gardens and to the BBQ house.

Bedroom with double bedThis bedroom is located on the middle level of the house and it has one kingsized bed with views over the garden. As in all other bedrooms the flooring is solid oak parquet , it has one wardrobe, a desk, Internet and Satellite TV connection and air conditioning.
Double bedroom on the top floor with ensuite bathroomThis bedroom is located on the top floor of the house and has its own generous ensuite shower room. It has a kingsized bed and a mezzanine with a futon that can be transformed into a single bed (8+1) if necessary. As in all the bedrooms there is a wardrobe, a desk, Internet and Satellite TV connection and an air conditioning unit.
Two bedrooms with two twin bedsThese two bedrooms are located on the middle level and are fitted with two twin beds each. The layout is practically identical. As in all other bedrooms it has a solid oak parquet flooring, a wardrobe, a desk, Internet and Satellite TV connection and air conditioning. The seaview off the mezzanine is breathtaking.
Three bathroomsThe house has one bathroom and two shower rooms, all with opening windows.
Equipment and build qualityThe house has originally been built in 1987 to a high specification. In 2009 in has been totally refurbished and technically updated. The living room and the bedrooms have all Satellite TV connection and Internet access via Lan and WLan. The four bedrooms have been fitted with air conditioning units. The living room, kitchen, bathrooms and terrace have tiled flooring, the four bedrooms have a solid oak parquet. The kitchen has been completely refitted in 2009 and has been equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood and a large fridge/freezer. The washing machine is to be found in a recess offthe hallway. There is also an iron and ironing board, one hairdryer in each bathroom and many other necessary items for the daily needs in the holiday home. Location and JourneyPricelist
