This cosy apartment for two persons on the ground floor of "Villa Gorma" is one of our most popular, the guests appreciated the tranquillity and direct proximity to the sea. In front of the terrace there is a lovingly maintained garden of the house in which various citrus trees, rose bushes and numerous olive trees grow.

In the “Villa Gorma”, directly below the apartment house “Casa Gorma” and only a few steps away from the beach, there is our modernly equipped one-room holiday apartment (usable area approx. 53 m2 ) for up to 2 persons. It offers maximum comfort for a relaxing holiday on the island of Hvar. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the bay and the sea.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of the house “Gorma”, which is a few meters below the apartment house. The corresponding parking lot is directly at the house. This holiday apartment has a living/bedroom with LCD-/SAT-TV, free high-speed internet, air conditioning, a very spacious south terrace (17 m2) with sea view, as well as a closed kitchen with ceramic hob, huge refrigerator and dishwasher and full bathroom. You will enjoy the fantastic view every day from the south side of the island of Hvar over to the smaller island of Scedro. This apartment is ideal for a relaxing vacation on Hvar!

The apartment is situated directly by the sea. With only a few steps you reach the small pebble beach of the bay Gorma. Further beaches are within walking distance.

Wir waren sehr überrascht, Zavala ist sogar schon für einen Osterurlaub geeignet. Schon die Anreise von Split mit der... Fähre war ein Erlebnis und dann erst die Aussicht nach Verlassen des Tunnels - die vielen Inseln im türkisen, in der Sonne glitzernden Meer. Die Ferienanlage war leicht zu finden. Unsere Zimmer waren einfach , das Bad neu, der Wohnraum großzügig und die Küche komplett ausgestattet mit modernen Geräten. Rund ums Haus gibt es die typische mediterrane Vegtation zu bewundern, Pinien-, Oliven-, Mandel-, Granatäpfelbäume, Agaven, Oleander.....sogar die Rosen blühten schon.Zum Baden war das Meer erwartungsgemäß noch zu kalt, doch einfach am Strand oder auf den Felsen zu sitzen und den Wellen zuzuschauen entspannt total. Zum Spazierengehen und Wandern gibt es einige Möglichkeiten, ins Dorf und zum Hafen führt ein Weg am Meer entlang, in die Berge zu wandern ist etwas beschwerlicher, dafür wird man aber mit einer herrlichen Aussicht belohnt. Unser Fazit: Unser Osterurlaubschon war wunderschön. Wir danken unseren Gastgebern, die uns so freundlich aufgenommen haben und uns bereitwillig Auskünfte gegeben und mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche versorgt more

Wir sind jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier im Nautilus und es ist eine echte Erholung. Eine Ruhe im Haus und Umgebung. Das... Haus liegt etwas abseits der vollen Strände . Wer ein sauberes Haus sucht mit garantierter Erholung ist hier super aufgehoben. Kurze Wege zum Strand und eine super Sicht auf das Meer inklusive. Einfach more

Locatie f. Buna aproape de mare, curatenie , vesela , lenjererie totul la superlativ. Balconele au vedere spre mare,... peisajul este minunat, singurul loc mai putin placut este plaja privata cu pietris, dar linga plaja este loc de odihna , relaxare, sau de citit la umbra copacilor, cu paturi si saltele, unde este racoare, pare incedibil in plina vara.Gazdele sociabile , vorbitoare de engleza sau germana, iti ofera informatile necesare sau iti face rezervare la restaurant.In descrierea pe site nu este nici o exagerare totul este more

The house "Villa Gorma"

The “Villa Gorma” is located directly at the sea and is characterized by the very quiet location, the incomparable sea view and the beautiful garden.

The house includes a one-room junior suite and a spacious one-room apartment.

The two apartments are located on the ground floor and each have a terrace facing south. Around the apartments there are native plants such as olives, lemons and rosemary.

In addition to the upscale equipment, a shared grill house on the property is available for barbecue evenings.

South room with neighbouring bathroom and large terrace

The 19m² large south room is designed as a living/bedroom. The double bed has a size of 160×200 cm and is equipped with two comfortable spring mattresses. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, couch and desk. With the TFT flat screen on the desk you can play not only television (SAT) but also DVD’s (movies and music). On the large (17m² large) south terrace there is a table with two chairs and two sunbeds. From the terrace you have a beautiful sea view. The room is equipped with its own air conditioning. The floor is covered with tiles.

The bathroomis accessed through the kitchen-living room and has a window, is tiled brightly up to the ceiling and has a washbasin, a wall-mounted washdown WC and a shower with shower cabin. A hairdryer is also available.

Fully equipped fitted kitchen

The separate kitchen-cum-living-room is entered from the corridor. The large kitchen also serves as a dining area during the cooler months of the year.

Booking and payment

The key points in brief

Online Booking

Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.

30% deposit

The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount, if you do not make a deposit, the reservation will be cancelled. The remaining amount has to be paid in cash on arrival or 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer or PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.
