This spacious vacation apartment in the newly built house "Nautilus-Bay Suites" is designed for couples or families with up to 2 children and has a double bedroom and a large living room with sofa bed and is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The view from the terrace goes over the garden and old trees to the sea and the offshore island Šćedro.
In the house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”, directly next to the apartment house “Casa Gorma” and only a few meters from the beach, you will find this dreamlike two-room apartment for vacationers with high demands on design and comfort.
The apartment has approx. 60 sqm of usable space including terrace and consists of a double bedroom (approx. 11 sqm), a large bathroom (6 sqm) with shower and toilet, a guest toilet (3 sqm) and a spacious living room (approx. 30 sqm) with dining area, couch area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The living room with large glass surfaces opens via the sliding door to the south onto the spacious ground-level terrace (approx. 25 sqm). From the terrace you can enjoy the view under the trees to the sea and nature.
The apartment is located below the parking lot on the first floor of the house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”, newly built in 2023. The private entrance of apartment 411 is easily accessible from the parking lot via the right exterior staircase. The apartment is one of two comparable apartments on this floor and is at ground level to the south facing garden.
The beds are made of solid oak, the furniture is mostly from well-known designers and brands such as BoConcept, Hay, Artemide and others. The kitchen is from a custom built-in kitchen from Schüller.
The apartment has a Loewe TV with satellite reception and free Wi-Fi. You also have access to a shared washing machine and dryer, which is located in the basement of the house.

The house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”, completed in 2023, is located in the second row on the sea and is characterized by the very quiet location, incomparable architecture and beautiful views through the garden, to the sea and into nature.
The house consists of two two-bedroom suites on the first floor, a three-bedroom suite on the middle floor and an exclusive penthouse on the top floor. Each apartment has its own private entrance to the house for your privacy.
You can reach the house “Nautilus-Bay Suites” by car through an access road behind the apartment house “Casa Gorma”. You can reach the entrance door of apartment 411 from the parking lot behind the house by going down the right outside staircase.
During the construction of the house we have attached great importance to the best possible preservation of the tree population with some very old pine trees and have thereby consciously accepted that the view to the sea is partially restricted. However, we are very happy to have preserved this part of the forestation and hope that you as our guests will also appreciate this.
Note 2023: The other garden areas and outdoor spaces are currently being planted with trees, some of which are old, and will be developed into a lush Mediterranean garden over the next few years.
The bedroom (about 11 sqm) faces south and has a beautiful under the pine trees to the garden and the sea, which you can enjoy from the bed. The double bed made of solid oak has a size of 180×200 cm and is equipped with high quality cold foam mattresses (reversible mattresses medium firm and firm) and two nightstands. The room has a closet, dresser and is air-conditioned
The apartment has a large bathroom (approx. 6 sqm) which is accessible via the hallway and was equipped with high-quality materials. It has a comfortable walk-in shower, a washdown toilet and a sink with a spacious cabinet for your bathroom utensils.
In addition to the bathroom, the apartment has a guest toilet with high-quality materials and a design sink.
The large terrace (25 sqm) can be reached through the sliding door in the living room. The outdoor area is level with the adjacent garden and offers a beautiful view through the pine trees to the sea and the neighboring island.
On the terrace there is a dining area for 4 people and two sun loungers.
The spacious living room (including hallway) measures about 30sqm and offers access also large and partially covered terrace of about 25sqm and has another patio door sideways into the garden next to the apartment. Here you can comfortably stay with the whole family and enjoy the sun and the view of nature and the sea.
The dining area is equipped with a boat-shaped table extendable up to 1.80 m and comfortable chairs for 6 people, a beautiful pendant light creates a homely ambience at dinner.
The couch area is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed and a couch table. Here you can comfortably watch TV or relax on the available satellite TV. The living room is also air-conditioned.
The custom kitchen from Schüller is equipped with high-quality upper and lower cabinets and numerous practical drawers, a large ceramic hob and extractor hood for a cooking experience “just like at home”.

Large south-facing terrace with a beautiful view through nature to the sea. On the terrace is a dining table with chairs and two sunbeds.
The apartment is situated directly by the sea. With only a few steps you reach the small pebble beach of the bay Gorma. Further beaches are within walking distance.
Of course, the apartment also has free WiFi with high-speed DSL, a TFT television with satellite reception, DVD player and stereo system.
On hot summer nights, the air conditioner provides cooling. On cooler days, it can also be used for heating.

The key points in brief
Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.
The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount by bank transfer. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.
It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.
