This spacious vacation apartment in the newly built house "Nautilus-Bay Suites" is designed for couples or families with up to 2 children and has a double bedroom and a large living room with sofa bed and is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The view from the terrace goes over the garden and old trees to the sea and the offshore island Šćedro.
In the house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”, directly next to the apartment house “Casa Gorma” and only a few meters from the beach, you will find this dreamlike two-room apartment for vacationers with high demands on design and comfort.
The apartment has about 60 sqm floor space incl. Terrace and consists of a double bedroom (about 11 sqm), a large bathroom (6 sqm) with shower and toilet, a guest toilet (3 sqm) and a spacious living room (about 30 sqm) with dining area, couch area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The living room with large glass surfaces opens via the sliding door to the south onto the spacious ground-level terrace (approx. 25 sqm). From the terrace you can enjoy the view under the trees to the sea and nature.
The apartment is located below the parking lot on the first floor of the house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”, newly built in 2023. The apartment’s own entrance is easily accessible from the parking lot via the left exterior staircase. The apartment is one of two similar apartments on this floor and is ground level to the south facing garden.
The beds are made of solid oak, the furniture is mostly from well-known designers and brands such as BoConcept, Hay, Artemide and others. The kitchen is from a custom built-in kitchen from Schüller.
The apartment has a Loewe TV with satellite reception and free Wi-Fi. You also have access to a shared washing machine and dryer, which is located in the basement of the house.

Das 2023 fertig gestellte Haus “Nautilus-Bay Suites” befindet sich in zweiter Reihe am Meer und zeichnet sich durch die sehr ruhige Lage, die unvergleichbare Architektur und die schönen Ausblicke durch den Garten, auf das Meer und in die Natur aus.
Das Haus besteht aus zwei Zweizimmer-Suiten (Apt. 410, Apt. 411) im Erdgeschoss, einer Dreizimmer-Suite (Apt. 420) im Mittelgeschoss und einem exklusiven Penthouse (Apt. 430) im Dachgeschoss. Jedes Apartment hat einen eigenen privaten Hauseingang für Ihre Privatsphäre.
Das Haus “Nautilus-Bay Suites” erreichen Sie mit dem Auto über eine Zufahrt hinter dem Apartmenthaus “Casa Gorma”. Das Apartment 420 wird ebenerdig über den Parkplatz hinter dem Haus durch die Eingangstüre nrechts eben der Glas-Fassade betreten.
Beim Bau des Hauses haben wir großen Wert darauf gelegt, den Baumbestand mit einigen sehr alten Pinien bestmöglich zu erhalten und haben dadurch bewusst in Kauf genommen, dass der Blick zum Meer teilweise eingeschränkt wird. Wir sind aber sehr froh darüber, diesen Teil der Bewaldung erhalten zu haben und hoffen, dass auch Sie als unsere Gäste dies zu würdigen wissen.
The bedroom (about 11 sqm) faces south and has a beautiful under the pine trees to the garden and the sea, which you can enjoy from the bed. The double bed made of solid oak has a size of 180×200 cm and is equipped with high quality cold foam mattresses (reversible mattresses medium firm and firm) and two nightstands. The spacious living room (including hallway) measures about 30sqm and offers access also large and partially covered terrace of about 25sqm and has another patio door sideways into the garden next to the apartment. Here you can comfortably stay with the whole family and enjoy the sun and the view of nature and the sea.
The couch area is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed and a couch table. Here you can comfortably watch TV or relax on the available satellite TV. The living room is also air-conditioned.
The large terrace (25 sqm) can be reached through the sliding door in the living room. The outdoor area is level with the adjacent garden and offers a beautiful view through the pine trees to the sea and the neighboring island.
On the terrace there is a dining area for 4 people and two sun loungers.
The dining area is equipped with a boat-shaped table extendable up to 1.80 m and comfortable chairs for 4 people, a beautiful pendant light creates a homely ambience while eating.
The apartment has a large bathroom (approx. 6 sqm) which is accessible via the hallway and was equipped with high-quality materials. It has a comfortable walk-in shower, a washdown toilet and a sink with a spacious cabinet for your bathroom utensils.
In addition to the bathroom, the apartment has a guest toilet with high-quality materials and a design sink.
The custom kitchen from Schüller is equipped with high-quality upper and lower cabinets and numerous practical drawers, a large ceramic hob and extractor hood for a cooking experience “just like at home”.

The apartment is situated directly by the sea. With only a few steps you reach the small pebble beach of the bay Gorma. Further beaches are within walking distance.
Of course, the apartment also has free WiFi with high-speed DSL, a TFT television with satellite reception, DVD player and stereo system.
On hot summer nights, the air conditioner provides cooling. On cooler days, it can also be used for heating.

Der Mietvertrag kommt mit Anzahlung von in der Regel 30% des Gesamtbetrages per Banküberweisung zustande. Erfolgt die Anzahlung nicht, wird die Reservierung aufgehoben. Der Restbetrag muss 4 Wochen vor Anreise per Überweisung gezahlt werden, Kreditkarten nehmen wir leider nicht an. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen (Weniger als 30 Tage zwischen Buchung und Anreise) ist der Gesamtbetrag sofort fällig.
Kurzfristig stornierte Ferienunterkünfte können nur sehr schwer erneut vermietet werden. Wenn Sie einmal nicht anreisen können und uns mehr als 30 Tage im Voraus bescheid sagen, dann berechnen wir lediglich 30% des Gesamtbetrages, behalten also im Regelfall die Anzahlung ein. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen generell, eine Reiseversicherung abzuschließen.
