The key points in brief

Online Booking

Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.

30% deposit

The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount, if you do not make a deposit, the reservation will be cancelled. The remaining amount has to be paid in cash on arrival or 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer or PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.

Accommodation prices 2020

Our prices vary according to accommodation, season and occupancy. The total amount will be stated during the online reservation process.

Preise in Euro pro Nacht. Die Übernachtungspreise sind abhängig von der gewünschten Belegung: Oben angegebene Preise bei Belegung mit 2 Personen in den Apartments und 4 Personen in Ferienhaus und Steinhaus. Jede zusätzliche Person wird mit 10 € pro Übernachtung berechnet. Überbelegung nicht gestattet.

Payment and cancellation terms

  1. Upon receiving the reservation request via the landlord’s website, the landlord will automatically send a confirmation of the incoming request to the guest by email.
  2. The reservation request will then be checked by the landlord and bindingly confirmed by the landlord via email with the subject line “booking confirmation” within just a few hours. The landlord will block the desired reservation period on his website.
  3. If the guest wishes to make a binding booking, he must inform the landlord of this by email and transfer a deposit to the bank or PayPal account specified in the booking confirmation within 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation. With the payment of the deposit a rental contract is concluded. If there are more than 30 calendar days between the date of the booking confirmation and the agreed start of the rental period, the deposit amounts to 30% of the total amount. In the case of more shorter-term bookings, the total amount is due within 7 days of sending the booking confirmation. In any case, the total payment must be made at the start of the rental period.
  4. In case the guest does not pay the agreed down payment within this period, then the landlord is no longer bound to honour the reservation.
  5. If the guest wishes to withdraw from the rental contract, this must be done by means of a unilateral declaration in text form. If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the agreed start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount will become due upon cancellation.
    – If the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the agreed start of the rental period, a cancellation fee in the amount of the agreed total amount will become due upon the cancellation.
  6. In the case of a no-show without a cancellation, the guest or rather the ordering party is required to settle the originally agreed total price.
  7. In the case of withdrawal or no show, any rendered down payments are offset with the cancellation fees. To the extent that cancellation fees exceed the down payments, the guest will be sent a respective invoice.
  8. Since the rental contract cannot be cancelled, the guest is recommended to sign a cancellation insurance, which the guest can conclude with an insurance company of his or her choice.
