You can rent a complete, detached holiday home on Hvar (Zavala, island of Hvar) from and also from The holiday home is very close (about 70m) to a beautiful, clean pebble beach on the south side of the island of Hvar,in the popular seaside resort of Zavala.

With two rooms with double beds, one of which has an additional armchair, and two rooms with two single beds each, the cottage offers enough space for 9 persons. The terraces and dining tables are also designed for this number of people.

The spacious living and dining room on the ground floor has a large kitchen with a very nice dining area. For barbecue evenings there is a spacious outdoor barbecue house at your disposal.

With a total of three bathrooms (two shower baths and one with bathtub) the holiday home is finally perfectly equipped for a dream holiday by the sea with numerous friends or your family!

The holiday home from outside

In the outdoor area there are several sunny but also shady terraces, so that depending on the time of day there is always a place to relax, eat or read. In the garden there are oleanders, rosemary, olive trees and pomegranate.

Below the main terrace there is a grill house in the shade of the pine trees. The perfect prerequisite for extensive barbecue evenings.

So that you always have your own shady parking space even in the high season, there are 2-3 in-house parking spaces, depending on the size of your vehicle.

Double bedroom on the second floor

The first bedroom has a double bed and is accessed from the entrance hall. It is located on the second level in the house. As in all bedrooms, there is oak parquet flooring, a wardrobe, a desk, Internet and SAT-TV connection and air conditioning. The view to the west is of the garden.

Bedroom south-east on the second floor

The second bedroom has two single beds and is on the third level. Zwei Badezimmer gibt es eine Ebene tiefer und eine Ebene höher. As in all bedrooms, there is oak parquet flooring, a wardrobe, a desk, Internet and SAT-TV connection and air conditioning. The view of the sea is enchanting.

The fourth bedroom is in the attic and the view to the west is of the garden. The furniture consists of double bed, wardrobe and desk. The ensuite bathroom with shower is accessed directly from the master bedroom. There is another sleeping possibility on the gallery.

Panorama sun terrace with lounge

In the outdoor area there are several sunny but also shady terraces, so that depending on the time of day there is always a place to relax, eat or read. In the garden there are oleanders, olive trees and pomegranates.

This panoramic terrace with wonderful sea view offers a lounge and loungers for the perfect relaxation. The slatted roof allows variable shading, sun-seekers can also enjoy the sun to the fullest.

On the large covered south terrace with a wonderful sea view 9 people can have dinner comfortably. But also in the morning and during the day you can sit here pleasantly.

This spacious terrace in front of the living room is connected to the lower terraces and the grill house by an outside staircase. To the kitchen belongs a small balcony

Another small shady terrace, right next to the practical grill house invites you to read and rest in the shade on hot afternoons.

Carport and parking space

So that you always have your own shady parking space even in the high season, there are 2-3 in-house parking spaces, depending on the size of your vehicle. Diese befinden sich im Carport sowie einem weiteren nicht überdachtem Stellplatz.

Equipment and construction

The house, which was extensively renovated in 2022, has an excellent building structure and was built in 1987. The living room and two bedrooms each have satellite TV. The living room and all four bedrooms have inverter air conditioning. The living room, kitchen, bathrooms and terrace have ceramic flooring, the four bedrooms have solid oak parquet. The kitchen was completely renewed in 2022 and is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, freezer-fridge and microwave. The washing machine is located in a niche in the hallway. Furthermore, an iron and ironing board, as well as several hair dryers and many other necessary utensils for daily use are available in the cottage.

Booking and payment

The key points in brief

Online Booking

Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.

30% deposit

The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount by bank transfer. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.
