Arrival
Check-In is at 2:00 p.m.
To ensure that we can welcome you at your accommodation at the right time, please let us know by sending us an SMS as soon as you are on the ferry. The regular check-in at your accommodation is at 2:00 pm.
Departure
Check-Out: until 10:00 a.m.
In order to guarantee a smooth cleaning process and welcome for the guests, the accommodation must be handed over to us at 10:00 at the latest.
Peace and recreation
Night's rest from 11:00 p.m.
In order to ensure a restful stay for all guests, mutual respect is necessary. Especially when staying on the balconies we ask for absolute quietness from 11 p.m. at the latest.
Forest fire hazard
Please note that there is a very high risk of forest fires on the entire island. A frequent cause of devastating forest fires are thrown away cigarettes and open fires. We therefore ask you to be extremely careful when smoking and grilling.
Barbecue area
You are welcome to use the barbecue area until 11 pm. Please use your own barbecue charcoal and keep the barbecue area clean so that other guests can also enjoy barbecuing. Please never leave fire or glowing embers unattended, there is an extreme danger of forest fires throughout the entire island!
Room equipment
The equipment of your accommodation (e.g. towels, crockery, cutlery) is intended exclusively for use within your accommodation. Please do not remove any items from your apartment or holiday home. Please use your own beach towels for the beach.
Sunbeds and cushions
Sun creams tend to be very persistent and are very difficult to remove from textiles. In order to keep the cushions of the sunbeds clean for the guests after you, we kindly ask you to always add a towel underneath.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms of our apartments and holiday homes. Smoking is allowed on the terraces. There is extreme danger of forest fires throughout the entire island, please never throw away your cigarette butts carelessly.
Air conditioning
The air conditioning of your rooms is very energy-intensive and can only work if you keep all windows and balcony doors closed when the air conditioning is switched on. Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the accommodation for a longer period of time.
Waste
Please dispose of your household waste in the large metal container at the intersection about 50 meters above the apartment house. Plastic bottles are collected and can be disposed in the bin next to the reception (please do not crush them).
Change of linen
Towels will be changed twice a week and bed linen once a week, if your remaining stay is more than 3 nights.
Visitors
All of our facilities are intended for registered guests only. If you would like to bring visitors to our facility, please arrange this with us in advance so that there are no misunderstandings.
Danger of slipping in the stairwell
Please do not enter the apartment house with wet swimwear or wet feet, there is an increased risk of accidents. Please also be considerate of the other guests.
Vacuum Cleaner
A vacuum cleaner is available for cleaning your apartments and holiday homes. In the apartment house there is a vacuum cleaner in the staircase in the cupboard with the sign for fire extinguisher.
Private beach
The private beach will be available for the last time in the 2020 season. You can use the private beach until sunset, please enter the private beach only via the street or the promenade path. You will find the cushions for the loungers in the wooden house, please bring them back after use. Please use your own towels on the upholstery and cushions.
Strictly protected animals and plants
Numerous plants and animals are strictly protected in Croatia. Moreover, we and our guests love the intact nature and wildlife. We therefore ask all our guests to preserve nature and to only observe or photograph any animals.
Damages
If you notice or have caused any damage, please let us know so that we can arrange for repair or replacement as soon as possible.
Save Energy
Your electricity consumption is already included in the price of your accommodation, but please be aware that you are dealing with the energy. For example, please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the accommodation.
Tap water
The island of Hvar has neither groundwater nor rivers. All of the island's tap water is pumped from the mainland to the island via a pipeline on the seabed. Therefore we ask our guests to use tap water economically.
