U “Vili Gorma”, neposredno ispod apartmanske kuće “Casa Gorma” i samo nekoliko koraka od plaže, nalazi se naš moderno opremljeni jednosobni apartman (korisne površine cca 53 m²) za do 2 osobe. Pruža maksimalnu udobnost za opuštajući odmor na otoku Hvaru. S terase se pruža prekrasan pogled na zaljev i more.

Ovaj stan nalazi se u prizemlju kuće “Gorma”, koja se nalazi nekoliko metara ispod apartmanske kuće. Pripadajući parking je direktno kod kuće. Ovaj apartman ima dnevni boravak / spavaću sobu s LCD / satelitskom TV, besplatni brzi internet, klima uređaj, vrlo prostranu terasu prema jugu (17 m2) s pogledom na more i vlastitu kuhinju s keramičkom pločkom za kuhanje, ogromnim hladnjakom i perilicom posuđa. puna kupka. "A luxuriously furnished apartment just a few meters from the sea. We stayed here at the beginning of October, after the tourist season. The organization for key handover was flawless, and there was parking by the apartment. Ideal for a family with children or 4 adults. Beautiful terrace with a sea view. The price is completely in line with the amenities, offering all the comfort you need. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer."

Unser Aufenthalt in einem Apartment von Nautilus Bay Suites war einfach wunderbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Besonders beeindruckend war der liebevoll angelegte Garten mit großen Bäumen, der sehr gepflegt ist und einen schönen Liegebereich bietet. Restaurants erreicht man entspannt über die Strandpromenade. Das bequeme Bett sorgte für erholsame Nächte. Das Apartment selbst war gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Florian und Steffi kümmert sich großartig um die Gäste und geben wertvolle Infos zur Umgebung. Ich kann dieses Apartment jedem empfehlen, der eine ruhige Auszeit in einer traumhaften Umgebung sucht!

We spent 10 days in the charming village of Zavala. Our apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Location was very good and only a few minutes walking distance from the sea. Apartment was clean and neat, interiors were lovely and simple but tasteful. We had amazing holiday and would love to return one day to Zavala! 🙂

Very modern and extremely clean facility.
The apartment is beautiful. There is enough in the kitchen to cook.

We report to Nautilus Bay, Villa Gorma in Zavala.
The small, charming fishing village is a place for those seeking peace and quiet who want to completely escape the normal hustle and bustle of society.
The hosts are incredibly helpful and caring.
The apartment is very well maintained, a small kitchen with everything you need.
The bedroom (very comfortable bed!) is divided from the spacious living room with a folding door. From the living room there is a huge terrace with an incredible view of the sea. There you will find deck chairs, a lounge and a breakfast table.
On top of that, you can go directly from the terrace into the covered carport or with about 10 more steps you can simply jump headfirst into the sea 🙃
If you want to relax or relax, this is the perfect place for you!
In any case, we'll be back very soon 🇭🇷❤️
P. S. There is no need to lug around lounge mats, beach bags etc. as the shower, fridge and mega terrace are only separated from the sea by a few steps 🏊‍♀️🚿🍺

A wonderful holiday for the family, peaceful, beautiful and very. The rooms are very clean and large. The beds are very good, I rested like never before. Basically, there was nothing bad. Whatever we needed, they helped us immediately. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a nice, calm and quality vacation. The sea is unreal clean and beautiful. Thanks again for everything. We were very surprised, Zavala is even suitable for an Easter holiday. Even the journey from Split by ferry was an experience, and only then was the view after leaving the tunnel - the many islands in the turquoise sea glittering in the sun. The resort was easy to find. Our rooms were simple, the bathroom was new, the living room was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances. Around the house you can admire the typical Mediterranean vegetation, pine, olive, almond, pomegranate trees, agaves, oleanders... even the roses are already in bloom.
As expected, the sea was still too cold for swimming, but just sitting on the beach or on the rocks and watching the waves is totally relaxing.
There are a few opportunities for walking and hiking, there is a path along the sea to the village and the port, hiking to the mountains is a little more difficult, but the reward is a magnificent view.
Our conclusion: Our Easter vacation was beautiful. We would like to thank our hosts, who welcomed us so kindly and willingly gave us information and good tips for excursions and restaurant visits.

This is our second time staying at the Nautilus and it's a real respite. A calm in the house and surroundings. The house is a bit away from the crowded beaches. Anyone looking for a clean house with guaranteed relaxation is in good hands here. Short distances to the beach and a great view of the sea included. Just awesome.

Location f. Good near the sea, cleanliness, dishes, lingerie all at superlative. The balconies overlook the sea, the landscape is wonderful, the only place less pleasant is the private beach with gravel, but beside the beach is a place for rest, relaxation, or reading in the shade of trees, with beds and mattresses, where it is cool, full summer.
The sociable hosts, speaking English or German, offers you the necessary information or bookings at the restaurant.
In description on the site there is no exaggeration everything is real.

Kuća "Vila Gorma"

“Vila Gorma” nalazi se direktno na moru, a karakterizira je vrlo mirna lokacija, neusporedivi pogled na more i prekrasan vrt.

Kuća uključuje jednosobni junior apartman i prostrani jednosobni apartman.

Dva apartmana nalaze se u prizemlju i svaki ima terasu okrenutu prema jugu. Autohtone biljke poput maslina, limuna i ružmarina rastu oko stanova.

Uz vrhunske sadržaje za roštilj na raspolaganju je i zajednička roštilj.

Južna soba sa pripadajućom kupaonicom i velikom terasom

Južna soba od 19m² dizajnirana je kao dnevni boravak / spavaća soba. Bračni krevet je veličine 160×200 cm i opremljen je s dva udobna proljetna madraca. Soba je opremljena garderobom, komoda, kaučem i stolom. S ravnim zaslonom TFT na stolu možete reproducirati ne samo televiziju (SAT) već i DVD-ove (filmove i glazbu). Na velikoj (17m²) terasi prema jugu nalazi se stol s dvije stolice i dvije stolice. S terase se pruža prekrasan pogled na more. Soba je opremljena vlastitim klima uređajem. Kao podna obloga postavljaju se pločice.

Kupaonica je pristupiti kroz dnevni boravak i ima prozor je popločan na svjetlo strop i ima umivaonik, zidni ispiranje WC i tuš kabinu sa tuš kabinom. Na raspolaganju je i sušilo za kosu.

Potpuno opremljena kuhinja s blagovaonicom

U hodnik se ulazi u zasebnu kuhinju. Velika kuhinja služi i kao blagovaonica u hladnijoj sezoni.

30% predujma

Ugovor o najmu se sklapa uz polog u pravilu 30% ukupnog iznosa virmanom. Ukoliko akontacija nije uplaćena, rezervacija će biti otkazana. Preostali iznos potrebno je platiti bankovnom doznakom 4 tjedna prije dolaska. Nažalost, ne prihvaćamo kreditne kartice. Za kratkoročne rezervacije (manje od 30 dana između rezervacije i dolaska) ukupni iznos dospijeva odmah.

Otkazivanje i putno osiguranje

Kratkoročni otkazani smještaj za odmor vrlo je teško unajmiti. Ako ne možete doći i reći nam više od 30 dana unaprijed, naplaćujemo samo 30% ukupnog iznosa, pa obično zadržavamo depozit. Našim gostima uglavnom preporučujemo da sklope putno osiguranje.
