This apartment is one of our most popular, the guests most appreciated the tranquility and direct proximity to the sea. In front of the terrace there is a lovingly maintained garden of the house in which various citrus trees, rose bushes and numerous olive trees grow.

The suite is located on the ground floor of the “Villa Gorma”, which is situated a few meters below the apartment house “Casa Gorma”. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the bay and the sea. 

The generous usable area of 70m² is mainly distributed in the south room with 25m², the terrace with 36m² facing south as well as kitchen and bathroom.

The suite is in the style of a Dalmatian Konoba (wine cellar). A corresponding parking lot is located directly at the house.

Our modernly equipped one-room suite (usable area approx. 70m2) for 3 persons offers maximum comfort for a relaxing holiday on the island of Hvar. This apartment has a living/bedroom with LCD/SAT television, free high-speed internet, air conditioning, a full bathroom, a huge south terrace (36m²) with sea view, a kitchen with ceramic hob, large fridge and dishwasher.   You will enjoy the fantastic view every day from the south side of the island of Hvar over to the smaller island of Scedro. The most beautiful thing is that the well-known pebble beach is right next to the house and that others are only about 300m away via the promenade path.

Sea view

Huge south-facing terrace (35 m2) with incomparable sea views. On the terrace there is a wooden table with three chairs, two loungers and a large lounge. From the terrace you have a great sea view.

Sea & Beach

The apartment is situated directly by the sea. With only a few steps you reach the small pebble beach of the bay Gorma. Further beaches are within walking distance.

Wi-Fi and multimedia

Of course, the apartment also has free WiFi with high-speed DSL, a TFT television with satellite reception, DVD player and stereo system.

Air conditioning

On hot summer nights, the air conditioner provides cooling. On cooler days, it can also be used for heating.

We report to Nautilus Bay, Villa Gorma in Zavala.The small, charming fishing village is a place for those seeking... peace and quiet who want to completely escape the normal hustle and bustle of society.The hosts are incredibly helpful and caring.The apartment is very well maintained, a small kitchen with everything you need.The bedroom (very comfortable bed!) is divided from the spacious living room with a folding door. From the living room there is a huge terrace with an incredible view of the sea. There you will find deck chairs, a lounge and a breakfast table.On top of that, you can go directly from the terrace into the covered carport or with about 10 more steps you can simply jump headfirst into the sea 🙃If you want to relax or relax, this is the perfect place for you!In any case, we'll be back very soon 🇭🇷❤️P. A wonderful holiday for the family, peaceful, beautiful and very. The rooms are very clean and large. The beds are very... good, I rested like never before. Basically, there was nothing bad. The house "Villa Gorma"

The “Villa Gorma” is located directly at the sea and is characterized by the very quiet location, the incomparable sea view and the beautiful garden.

The house includes a one-room junior suite and a spacious one-room apartment.

The two apartments are located on the ground floor and each have a terrace facing south. Around the apartments there are native plants such as olives, lemons and rosemary.

In addition to the upscale equipment, a shared grill house on the property is available for barbecue evenings.

South room with neighbouring bathroom and large terrace

The 25m² large south room is designed as a living/bedroom. The double bed in the sleeping niche measures 160×200 cm and is equipped with two comfortable spring mattresses. The room is equipped with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Folding couch, coffee table and dining table with 3 chairs. The 32 inch TFT flat screen allows you to watch television (SAT) as well as DVDs (movies and music).

On the huge (36m² large) south terrace there is a table with 3 chairs, 2 loungers with comfortable cushions and a generous lounge. From the terrace you have a beautiful sea view.

The room is equipped with its own air conditioning.

The floor is covered with tiles.

Booking and payment

The key points in brief

Online Booking

Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.

30% deposit

The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount by bank transfer. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.
