Exclusive panoramic apartment in the first row
The second new building has the same modern architecture as the house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”. Due to the hillside location, there is only one suite on the upper floor with barrier-free access and covered parking space on the north side. The basement is not rented out

This luxurious apartment is located directly in the first row on the sea and is only a few meters from the beach. A master bedroom with ensuite bath and a second bedroom provide beds for 2-5 people. Nautilus-Bay Suites: New building with 4 luxury apartments
User new building “Nautilus-Bay Suites” is located in the second row about 70 meters from the sea and beach and is characterized by the very quiet location, modern architecture and a beautiful view of the sea and forest.
Each apartment has its own entrance door and thus offers extra privacy. The furnishings are upscale and you will find some design classics again.
The bathrooms are very tastefully designed, have walk-in showers and electric underfloor heating.

Our apartments in the private house "Villa Gorma"
The “Villa Gorma” is located directly at the sea and is characterized by the very quiet location, the incomparable sea views and the beautiful garden.
The apartments are located on the ground floor and the south terraces border the beautiful garden, in which indigenous plants such as olives, rosemary and citrus fruits are growing.
In addition to the upscale equipment, a shared grill house on the property is available for barbecue evenings.

Online Reservierung
Auf unserer Webseite sehen Sie unter Reservierung die aktuellen Verfügbarkeiten und können ganz einfach eine Reservierungsanfrage absenden. Innerhalb weniger Stunden erhalten Sie eine verbindliche aber zeitlich befristete Reservierungsbestätigung. Erst durch Ihre Bestätigung per E-Mail und Leistung einer Anzahlung kommt ein Mietvertrag zustande.
30% Anzahlung
Der Mietvertrag kommt mit Anzahlung von in der Regel 30% des Gesamtbetrages per Banküberweisung zustande. Erfolgt die Anzahlung nicht, wird die Reservierung aufgehoben. Der Restbetrag muss 4 Wochen vor Anreise per Überweisung gezahlt werden, Kreditkarten nehmen wir leider nicht an. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen (Weniger als 30 Tage zwischen Buchung und Anreise) ist der Gesamtbetrag sofort fällig.
Storno & Reiseversicherung
Kurzfristig stornierte Ferienunterkünfte können nur sehr schwer erneut vermietet werden. Wenn Sie einmal nicht anreisen können und uns mehr als 30 Tage im Voraus bescheid sagen, dann berechnen wir lediglich 30% des Gesamtbetrages, behalten also im Regelfall die Anzahlung ein. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen generell, eine Reiseversicherung abzuschließen.
