Exclusive panoramic apartment in the first row
The second new building has the same modern architecture as the house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”. Due to the hillside location, there is only one suite on the upper floor with barrier-free access and covered parking space on the north side. The basement is not rented out

This luxurious apartment is located directly in the first row on the sea and is only a few meters from the beach. A master bedroom with ensuite bath and a second bedroom provide beds for 2-5 people. In addition, there is another bathroom. The panoramic terrace has an impressive sea view, the living room has an open kitchen.

Nautilus-Bay Suites: New building with 4 luxury apartments
User new building “Nautilus-Bay Suites” is located in the second row about 70 meters from the sea and beach and is characterized by the very quiet location, modern architecture and a beautiful view of the sea and forest.
Each apartment has its own entrance door and thus offers extra privacy. The furnishings are upscale and you will find some design classics again.
The bathrooms are very tastefully designed, have walk-in showers and electric underfloor heating.

Our apartments in the private house "Villa Gorma"
The “Villa Gorma” is located directly at the sea and is characterized by the very quiet location, the incomparable sea views and the beautiful garden.
The apartments are located on the ground floor and the south terraces border the beautiful garden, in which indigenous plants such as olives, rosemary and citrus fruits are growing.
In addition to the upscale equipment, a shared grill house on the property is available for barbecue evenings.

Our apartment in the apartment house "Casa Gorma"
The apartment house “Casa Gorma” is also very close to the sea on a beautiful plot with beautiful vegetation. The house includes many private apartments, one of which you can rent with us for your vacation.
The public beach “Gorma” is accessible in a few steps via the sea promenade path.
Also in this house a shared grill house is available to you for grill evenings on the property.

Our accommodation is always booked out early in the high season, so don’t hesitate to check availability or request a reservation.
Booking and payment
The key points in brief
Online Booking
Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.
30% deposit
The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount by bank transfer. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.
Cancellation & Travel Insurance
It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.
