Unique architecture, spacious rooms and modern furnishings

In the house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”, directly next to the apartment house “Casa Gorma” and only a few meters from the beach, you will find this dream apartment for vacationers with high demands on design and comfort.

The apartment has about 100sqm of usable space including terrace and consists of two double bedrooms (14sqm each), two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a spacious living room (about 33sqm) with dining area, couch area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The living room with a panoramic glass surface opens to the south to the also large terrace (about 20sqm) which includes a dining area and a lounge area. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and the old growth of beautiful pine trees.

The apartment is located on the middle floor of the newly built in 2023 house “Nautilus-Bay Suites” and is easily accessible at ground level from the associated parking behind the house through its own front entrance. The apartment is the only one on this floor and offers a lot of privacy due to the floor plan and the orientation.

All beds are made of solid oak and ash, the furniture is mostly from well-known designers and brands such as BoConcept, Hay, Artemide, Pedrali, Interlübke, Thielemeyer and others. The kitchen is made to measure by Schüller.

The apartment has a Loewe TV with satellite reception and free Wi-Fi. You also have access to a shared washing machine and dryer, which is located in the basement of the house.

Detailed description of the apartment 420

The house "Nautilus-Bay Suites"

The house “Nautilus-Bay Suites”, completed in 2023, is located in the second row on the sea and is characterized by the very quiet location, incomparable architecture and beautiful views through the garden, to the sea and into nature.

The house consists of two two-room suites (Apt. 410, Apt. 411) on the first floor, a three-room suite (Apt. 420) on the middle floor and an exclusive penthouse (Apt. 430) on the top floor. Each apartment has its own entrance for your privacy.

The house “Nautilus-Bay Suites” can be reached by car via an access road behind the apartment house “Casa Gorma”. Apartment 420 is accessed at ground level via the parking lot behind the house through the entrance door to the right of the glass façade.

During the construction of the house we have attached great importance to the best possible preservation of the tree population with some very old pine trees and have thereby consciously accepted that the view to the sea is partially restricted. However, we are very happy to have preserved this part of the forestation and hope that you as our guests will also appreciate this.

Master bedroom with en suite panoramic bathroom

The master bedroom (about 13sqm) faces south and has a massive double bed with high quality spring mattresses with a size of 180×200 cm.

The bed is equipped with bedside tables, the room has a closet and a chest of drawers and is air-conditioned.

The luxurious ensuite bathroom is accessed from the bedroom and has as a highlight a glass surface through which you can look at the sea while showering.

Second bedroom with one double or two single beds

The second bedroom (about 13sqm) faces west and has two solid oak beds, which can be placed as a double bed with a size of 180×200 cm or as two single beds with each, depending on the guests’ wishes.

The beds are equipped with high quality cold foam mattresses (reversible mattresses medium firm and firm) and two bedside cabinets. The room has a closet, dresser and is air-conditioned

Additional bathroom

The second bathroom (approx. 7 sqm) is accessible via the hallway and is equipped with high-quality materials. It has a comfortable walk-in shower, a washdown toilet and a sink with a spacious cabinet for bathroom utensils.

Living room with dining area and couch area

The spacious living room (including hallway) measures about 33sqm and together with the large and fully covered terrace of about 22sqm is the center of this apartment. Here you can comfortably stay with the whole family and enjoy your privacy.

The dining area is equipped with a boat-shaped table extendable up to 2.60 m and comfortable chairs for 6 people, a beautiful pendant lamp with 4 lights creates a homely ambience at dinner.

The couch area is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a matching lounge chair and a couch table. Here you can comfortably watch TV or relax.

Large south terrace with panoramic view

Through the panoramic sliding door in the living room you enter the south-facing large terrace (about 20sqm), which includes a dining area for 6 people and a lounge area. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and the old growth of beautiful pine trees.

Booking and payment

The key points in brief

Online Booking

Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.

30% deposit

The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount by bank transfer. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.

Our stay in a Nautilus Bay Suites apartment was simply wonderful. The location is very quiet, ideal for relaxing and... unwinding. The lovingly landscaped garden with large trees, which is very well maintained and offers a nice lounge area, was particularly impressive. Restaurants can be easily reached via the beach promenade. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights. The apartment itself was cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. Florian and Steffi take great care of the guests and give valuable information about the area. I can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet break in a fantastic setting!read more

We report to Nautilus Bay, Villa Gorma in Zavala.The small, charming fishing village is a place for those seeking... peace and quiet who want to completely escape the normal hustle and bustle of society.The hosts are incredibly helpful and caring.The apartment is very well maintained, a small kitchen with everything you need.The bedroom (very comfortable bed!) is divided from the spacious living room with a folding door. From the living room there is a huge terrace with an incredible view of the sea. There you will find deck chairs, a lounge and a breakfast table.On top of that, you can go directly from the terrace into the covered carport or with about 10 more steps you can simply jump headfirst into the sea 🙃If you want to relax or relax, this is the perfect place for you!In any case, we'll be back very soon 🇭🇷❤️P. A wonderful holiday for the family, peaceful, beautiful and very. The rooms are very clean and large. The beds are very... good, I rested like never before. Basically, there was nothing bad.
