In the villa opened in 2023 directly below the apartment house “Casa Gorma” and just a few steps from the beach, there is for the first time a three-room suite for 2-5 persons (usable area about 99 m2 ). It offers maximum comfort for a relaxing vacation on the island of Hvar. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the bay and the sea.
Of the two apartments, only the suite on the upper floor is rented. The access is due to the slope at ground level and barrier-free via the associated covered parking. This apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen. From the living room you have a panoramic view over the covered terrace to the sea.
From the living room you enter the bathroom with shower, the bedroom to the east and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Der Mietvertrag kommt mit Anzahlung von in der Regel 30% des Gesamtbetrages per Banküberweisung zustande. Erfolgt die Anzahlung nicht, wird die Reservierung aufgehoben. Der Restbetrag muss 4 Wochen vor Anreise per Überweisung gezahlt werden, Kreditkarten nehmen wir leider nicht an. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen (Weniger als 30 Tage zwischen Buchung und Anreise) ist der Gesamtbetrag sofort fällig.
Kurzfristig stornierte Ferienunterkünfte können nur sehr schwer erneut vermietet werden. Wenn Sie einmal nicht anreisen können und uns mehr als 30 Tage im Voraus bescheid sagen, dann berechnen wir lediglich 30% des Gesamtbetrages, behalten also im Regelfall die Anzahlung ein. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen generell, eine Reiseversicherung abzuschließen.
