In the villa opened in 2023 directly below the apartment house “Casa Gorma” and just a few steps from the beach, there is for the first time a three-room suite for 2-5 persons (usable area about 99 m2 ). It offers maximum comfort for a relaxing vacation on the island of Hvar. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the bay and the sea.
Of the two apartments, only the suite on the upper floor is rented. The access is due to the slope at ground level and barrier-free via the associated covered parking. This apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen. From the living room you have a panoramic view over the covered terrace to the sea.
From the living room you enter the bathroom with shower, the bedroom to the east and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The house is located in the first row, next to the villa “Gorma” directly on the sea and is characterized by the very quiet location, incomparable sea view and beautiful garden.
The apartment on the ground floor is used by the owner and is not rented. On the upper floor is the suite 320 and a carport with two parking spaces, one of which is for the suite.
The 16m² master bedroom has a double bed 180×200 and equipped with two comfortable mattresses. The room is equipped with two bedside cabinets, a closet and desk. With the TFT flat screen you can watch TV (SAT). The room is equipped with its own air conditioning. The floor covering is an oak parquet.
The en suite bathroom is entered from the bedroom, has two windows, is tiled brightly to the ceiling. In addition to the walk-in shower, there is also a freestanding bathtub. The generous sink as well as a wall-hung washdown toilet complete the furnishings . A hairdryer is also available. The electric underfloor heating is especially appreciated in the off-season.
The 13m² second bedroom has two single beds 80×200 and equipped with two comfortable mattresses. The beds can be equipped with a topper and then act as a double bed. Children prefer the variant of separate placement. The room is equipped with two bedside cabinets, a closet and desk. You can watch TV (SAT) on the TFT flat screen. In the master bedroom two people can sleep in a double bed. In the second bedroom the two single beds can be put together. A sofa bed can be added for another child.
The apartment has its own covered parking space for your car. The parking space is integrated in the house, right next to the entrance to the apartment. There are no stairs here.
The kitchen with dining area integrated in the living room has a ceramic hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven.

Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.
The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount by bank transfer. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.
It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.
