Suite 310 at the Nautilus Bay Seafront is located directly on the seafront – just steps from the public beach of the small Gorma bay. It combines exclusive interior design with a very large, private outdoor area and direct beach access – an offering of this kind is unique on the Dalmatian coast.

The apartment features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a spacious living and dining area. The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped with high-end appliances. The living area includes a large 65″ TV with satellite reception and high-speed internet. High-quality bed linens and towels are provided.

The suite’s centerpiece is the spacious panoramic terrace with breathtaking sea views. A large dining table and comfortable lounge furniture invite you to unforgettable evenings under the Dalmatian stars. The garden is exclusively for the use of guests of this apartment. Set up a sun lounger wherever you like or relax in a hammock beneath the pine trees. From the garden, you have direct access to the public beach – grab a towel and head out. An outdoor shower is also available.

A free covered private parking space in a carport with e-charging capability is available directly at the accommodation.

As a net-positive energy building with its own biological wastewater treatment plant, the facility consistently focuses on sustainability and environmental responsibility – for a holiday that can be enjoyed with a clear conscience.

Details about the apartment

The house by the sea

The house is located in the first row directly by the sea and is characterized by its very quiet location, the incomparable sea view to the south towards the small island of Šćedro, and the beautiful spacious garden.

The two-story house is divided into two luxury apartments. The three-room apartment (Apartment 320) is located on the upper floor, while the four-room apartment (Apartment 310) occupies the entire ground floor, offering approximately 120m² of interior living space and a 47m² panoramic terrace, suitable for up to eight people.

Living room with open kitchen

The living room with open-plan kitchen measures 42 square meters and offers a stunning view across the terrace to the sea. To the right is a modern and comfortable corner sofa. From there, you have a view not only of the panoramic terrace but also of a large 65-inch QLED TV, which can be swivelled to perfectly position yourself.

The dining area is in the middle, equipped with a modern solid wood table that can seat up to 8 people.

The kitchen unit with cooking island is located on the far left and has all the necessary appliances for comfortable cooking.

The kitchen includes, among other things:

Induction hob with four cooking zones and integrated hob extractor
Large refrigerator with separate freezer
Dishwasher and microwave
Coffee machine, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle and toaster

Master bedroom for 2 people with ensuite bathroom

The 16m² master bedroom features a 180x200cm double bed with two comfortable mattresses. The room includes two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chair, and a desk. It is equipped with its own modern air conditioning unit and has genuine oak parquet flooring.

The en-suite bathroom, accessed from the bedroom, features a window and is tiled in light colors up to the ceiling. It includes a walk-in rain shower with high-quality fixtures. A spacious washbasin and a wall-hung, deep-flush toilet complete the bathroom. A hairdryer is also available. The electric underfloor heating can be switched on and off as needed and is particularly appreciated during the shoulder seasons and winter.

Second bedroom for 2-3 persons and second bathroom

The 13m² second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) with two comfortable mattresses. The room also includes a sofa bed, which is particularly suitable for children. In addition, there are two side tables and a wardrobe. The room also has its own modern air conditioning unit. The flooring is genuine oak parquet.

The second bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and can also be accessed from the hallway. It has a window and is tiled in light colors up to the ceiling. In addition to the walk-in shower, there is a spacious washbasin and a wall-hung, deep-flush toilet. There is an optional electric underfloor heating system for cooler days. A hairdryer is also provided.

Third bedroom for 2-3 people and second bathroom

The 13m² third bedroom is quite similar to the second bedroom and also has a 160x200cm double bed with two comfortable mattresses. It also features a sofa bed and a wardrobe. However, instead of bedside tables, there are two nightstands. This room also has its own 40″ television with satellite reception. Netflix can be accessed with a suitable dongle (bring your own). The room also has its own modern air conditioning unit, and the floor is genuine oak parquet.

The third bathroom is also located directly off this bedroom at the end of the hallway and differs only slightly from the second bathroom. It has a north-facing window and is tiled in light colors up to the ceiling. In addition to the walk-in shower, there is a spacious washbasin and a wall-hung, deep-flush toilet. A hairdryer is also provided. Optional electric underfloor heating is also available here.

Covered panoramic terrace and sun terrace with sea views

The spacious, tiled, and covered panoramic terrace, facing south, offers direct sea views and invites you to linger with its large extendable ceramic dining table and high-quality lounge furniture – whether for breakfast together, a romantic dinner, or a relaxing sunset. A ceiling fan, adjustable to different speeds, provides a cool breeze. Adjoining the covered terrace is another uncovered sun terrace with natural stone paving. From there, you can also admire the starry sky.

Private garden with outdoor shower and beach access

From the sun terrace, you can access the large garden, which is exclusively for guests of Suite 310 and extends all the way to the coastline. Landscaped stone paths lead directly from the property through a private gate to the panoramic walkway, which is just a few steps away from the public beach of Gorma Bay. An outdoor shower is also available along the path – perfect after a day at the beach.

For up to 8 persons

In the master bedroom two people can sleep in a double bed. In the second bedroom the two single beds can be put together. A sofa bed can be added for another child.

Carport for car

The apartment has its own covered parking space for your car. The parking space is integrated in the house, right next to the entrance to the apartment. There are no stairs here.

Complete fitted kitchen

The kitchen with dining area integrated in the living room has a ceramic hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven.

Booking and payment

The key points in brief

Online Booking

Under „Reservations" on our website you can see the current availability and can easily send a reservation request. Within a few hours you will receive a binding but temporary reservation confirmation. Only after your confirmation by e-mail and the payment of a deposit the rental contract is effective.

30% deposit

The rental contract is concluded with a deposit of usually 30% of the total amount by bank transfer. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. For bookings at short notice (less than 30 days between booking and arrival) the total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

It is very difficult to re-let holiday homes that have been cancelled at short notice. If you are unable to come and inform us more than 30 days in advance, we only charge 30% of the total amount, so we usually retain the deposit. We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.

"A luxuriously furnished apartment just a few meters from the sea. We stayed here at the beginning of October, after the tourist season. The organization for key handover was flawless, and there was parking by the apartment. Ideal for a family with children or 4 adults. Beautiful terrace with a sea view. The price is completely in line with the amenities, offering all the comfort you need. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer."

Our stay in a Nautilus Bay Suites apartment was simply wonderful. The location is very quiet, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The lovingly landscaped garden with large trees, which is very well maintained and offers a nice lounge area, was particularly impressive. Restaurants can be easily reached via the beach promenade. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights. The apartment itself was cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. Florian and Steffi take great care of the guests and give valuable information about the area. I can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet break in a fantastic setting!

We spent 10 days in the charming village of Zavala. Our apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Location was very good and only a few minutes walking distance from the sea. Apartment was clean and neat, interiors were lovely and simple but tasteful. We had amazing holiday and would love to return one day to Zavala! :)

We report to Nautilus Bay, Villa Gorma in Zavala.
The small, charming fishing village is a place for those seeking peace and quiet who want to completely escape the normal hustle and bustle of society.
The hosts are incredibly helpful and caring.
The apartment is very well maintained, a small kitchen with everything you need.
The bedroom (very comfortable bed!) is divided from the spacious living room with a folding door. From the living room there is a huge terrace with an incredible view of the sea. There you will find deck chairs, a lounge and a breakfast table.
On top of that, you can go directly from the terrace into the covered carport or with about 10 more steps you can simply jump headfirst into the sea 🙃
If you want to relax or relax, this is the perfect place for you!
In any case, we'll be back very soon 🇭🇷❤️
P. S. There is no need to lug around lounge mats, beach bags etc. as the shower, fridge and mega terrace are only separated from the sea by a few steps 🏊‍♀️🚿🍺

A wonderful holiday for the family, peaceful, beautiful and very. The rooms are very clean and large. The beds are very good, I rested like never before. Basically, there was nothing bad. Whatever we needed, they helped us immediately. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a nice, calm and quality vacation. The sea is unreal clean and beautiful. Thanks again for everything. We were very surprised, Zavala is even suitable for an Easter holiday. Even the journey from Split by ferry was an experience, and only then was the view after leaving the tunnel - the many islands in the turquoise sea glittering in the sun. The resort was easy to find. Our rooms were simple, the bathroom was new, the living room was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances. Around the house you can admire the typical Mediterranean vegetation, pine, olive, almond, pomegranate trees, agaves, oleanders... even the roses are already in bloom.
As expected, the sea was still too cold for swimming, but just sitting on the beach or on the rocks and watching the waves is totally relaxing.
There are a few opportunities for walking and hiking, there is a path along the sea to the village and the port, hiking to the mountains is a little more difficult, but the reward is a magnificent view.
Our conclusion: Our Easter vacation was beautiful. We would like to thank our hosts, who welcomed us so kindly and willingly gave us information and good tips for excursions and restaurant visits.

This is our second time staying at the Nautilus and it's a real respite. A calm in the house and surroundings. The house is a bit away from the crowded beaches. Anyone looking for a clean house with guaranteed relaxation is in good hands here. Short distances to the beach and a great view of the sea included. Just awesome.

Location f. Good near the sea, cleanliness, dishes, lingerie all at superlative. The balconies overlook the sea, the landscape is wonderful, the only place less pleasant is the private beach with gravel, but beside the beach is a place for rest, relaxation, or reading in the shade of trees, with beds and mattresses, where it is cool, full summer.
The sociable hosts, speaking English or German, offers you the necessary information or bookings at the restaurant.
In description on the site there is no exaggeration everything is real.
